Role and Responsibility

• Should have a total of at least 8+ Years of IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years of experience on Oracle Core HCM and Journeys implementation and Support.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle Core HR and Journeys implementation.
• Configure and customize Oracle Core HR module to meet client-specific needs, including organization structure setup, position management, employee data management, and other HR processes.
• Design and configure customer journey maps using Oracle Fusion Journeys platform, including defining journey stages, touchpoints, triggers, actions, and KPIs.
• Provide training and support to client teams on using Oracle Fusion Journeys platform, including best practices for journey design, configuration, and measurement.
• Configure and customize the Oracle Benefits module to align with client-specific benefits policies, eligibility rules, coverage options, and enrolment processes.
• Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure smooth transition of HR data from legacy systems to Oracle Core HR.
• Design and implement security models and access controls to ensure data confidentiality and integrity within Oracle.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Core HR and journey system issues, including resolving configuration errors, data discrepancies, and user inquiries.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and create user documentation to facilitate smooth adoption of system.
• Stay updated on latest Oracle HCM releases, patches, and updates, and assess their applicability to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation of projects.
• Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities to ensure successful rollout of Oracle Core HR and journey solutions.
