• SuccessFactors experience Minimum 2 End to End implementation experience in SF Employee Central.
• Must be certified Should have in depth understanding of EC data models Should be adept in configuring EC workflows ,writing complex business rules Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Time off and Time sheet Solutions.
• Excellent understanding of the Employee Central Time off and Time sheet and related modules.
