• Working with the IT Talent Management Product team in an Agile delivery environment in the areas of Employee performance, Development & other Success Factors modules
• Have a proven track record in successfully delivering large, multi-module SuccessFactors projects.
• Deep and comprehensive know-how of the SAP/SuccessFactors software.
• Manage system testing to ensure procedures are thoroughly tested before release
• Integration knowledge & experience in using SAP/SuccessFactors with other global HR applications.
• Performance and goals Management certified preferably

Required technology:SAP Success Factors (HCM), Integrations, SaAS
