• Leading a team that assists clients with the setup and installation of technology tools and products.
• Work with stakeholders and end users to plan and configure systems, to develop solutions that will achieve needed objectives.
• Oversee the deployment of programs or systems, coordinating all of the parties involved to ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption.
• Will be able to understand the depth of any issue raised by technical and functional team and guide the team
• Should be able to respond quickly for any leadership requests in ambiguous situations
• Develop or supervise training programs to educate users, and also lead support and troubleshooting efforts.
• Must have SAP Latest Delivery Experience with S/4 HANA/BTP
• Person must have experience in using Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Must have AGILE delivery experience for SAP
• More than 12 years of experience in managing delivery for large accounts in FAO domain
• Strong domain knowledge in Procure to Pay and Record to Report
• Hands on experience in implementing transformation program for clients including RPA and AI
• Possess a blend of both business and technical skills with the ability to translate business needs into deliverable solutions
• Should be proficient in PowerPoint, Word & Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills & Innovative thinking and capability to carve out niche areas of interest and ideate solutions and frameworks
• Candidates who have supported Presales/Solution team in the past will have an added advantage
