Responsibilities
- Possesses solid understanding of the overall vision of HR technology for both global implementations & support. Understands the requirements and translates them into effective technology solutions utilizing the best practices approach.
- Independently and self-sufficiently configure SuccessFactors suite to meet the business requirements with top-shelf quality.
- Estimates technical requirements and breaks down work to user stories and tasks.
- Self-governs and ensures discipline in project management to continuously meet timelines and business expectations.
- Collaborates with other senior roles and architects on various prototypes, or proof of concept, to test solutions.
- Establishes trusted relationships with key stakeholders internally & externally and partners/collaborates with them to drive mutual commitment to common targets and goals. This includes developing and maintaining strong customer relationships internally.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
