As a Data Analyst / Data Engineer / Data Migration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our data infrastructure. You will be responsible for analysing, transforming, and migrating data across various platforms, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a keen understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Integration:
- Gather, clean, and integrate data from various sources to build comprehensive datasets.
- Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines for seamless data flow.
- Data Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
- Data Engineering:
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity across different systems.
- Programming and Scripting:
- Utilize programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and scripting tools for data manipulation and analysis.
- Develop automation scripts to streamline recurring data processes.
- Data Migration:
- Plan and execute data migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions between systems and platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues, collaborating with IT and other relevant teams.
