Job Responsibilities:

• Translate business processes and requirements into functional specifications and/or System configuration rationales/designs while enforcing design standards and best practices and meeting client needs
• Create Mapping documents along with user stories on delivery
• Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW)
• Collaborate with all scrum teams
• Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies.

This Role Requires:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s Degree is preferred
• 8 – 15 years of overall SAP experience
• 2+ years for S4 Hana
• 2 or more end to end SAP Implementations
• Previous experience with SAP version 1909 is required
• Experience with SAP version 2021 is strongly preferred
• Good understanding of SAP Integration technologies and Patterns
• Previous experience in Investment Banking IT is preferred
• Previous experience in Biotech/Pharma is also sought after
• Experience working for large enterprise companies is required
• Expense Configuration and administer Concur expense system including but not limited to user administration, imports/exports, forms, workflows, audit rules, integration with HCM and Finance upstream / downstream systems
• Perform Global design, configuration and production cut over
• Coordinate with different teams for integration of core systems like ERP, HCM, CRM, Transparency Reporting, MDM, Middleware solutions etc.
• Effective management of projects through key stakeholder meetings, planning and status reporting in a timely manner
• Pro-actively coordinate and manage tasks and milestones to achieve target deadlines
• Perform training and knowledge transfer to the client for effective use of the Concur Travel & Expense system.
