SAP Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities

• Consultant for the business in PP
• Provide end-to-end, 2nd level support and serve as contact for key users
• User Incident, Request and Demand Management
• Drive continuous improvement activities and projects
• Member of the S/4HANA Project Team to drive and support the successful implementation globally  
• Build the Business Application Key User community and be the link to business process manager and IT Architects in the central department 
• Develop and maintain key user training documentation and provide training to all new key users and existing key users as necessary
