As a Customer Support Associate, you will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries. our well-resourced environment will provide You with the tools and opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the banking process.

1. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
2. Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls
3. Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
