Title : Support Senior Engineer

Years of experience required: 5 years+.
Responsibilities:
- Redwood Administration of the landscape across environments (Dev,QA and Prod)
- Installation of Platform Agents on Unix/Windows and troubleshooting issues.
- Configuring Process Servers and Queues to manage the Redwood system.
- Development/Implementation experience in SAP Redwood.
- Handling Alert Mechanism for the SAP Redwood Landscape in sync with ServiceNow.
- Handling Weekly/Monthly Outages and other maintenance related planned activities.
- Good knowledge in Java Scripting, UNIX Shell scripts required.
- Creating custom reports based on the requirements.
- Performing testing for jobs in non-production and provide support for the testing teams.
- Creating jobs for SAP systems including S4, SAP BODS, SOLMAN, etc.
- Creating custom Submit frames and Time windows in Redwood as per client requirement.
- Creating custom redwood JAVA scripts for handling custom requirements for job processing.
- Should be able to handle Event related jobs including File Events, Events and other schedules.
- Development includes - creation of jobs (including chains), dependencies, schedules, custom calendars, time windows, alerts, etc.
- Handle promotion activities across landscape leading to Prod deployment.
- Adhere to change management process and follow Client release calendar schedules for production deployment.
- Administration include - Housekeeping, handling operator messages, adhoc run requests, job monitoring, etc.
- Work on ServiceNow tickets and propose knowledge-based articles.
