Job Title: Supply Chain Functional Consultant

Location: Brandon, FL  (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description                                                                              

• Overall experience of 12+ years in engineering IT and Supply Chain domain
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management into Supply Chain Domain.
• Proficient in functional Warehouse Management System (WMS) & Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Help strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
• Primary focus would be WMS and ADC apps and auxiliary/connected solutions to these apps (e.g., AutoLPN, Dash pad, Gatekeeper, RF guns/VMUs, ASRS, Railyard Manager)
• Gathering any remaining PEP documentation related to migrated apps (e.g., ADC – apparently Infosys developed some configuration documentation)
• Coordinating completion/refresh of HOTS (Hand Over to Support) documentation.  Including but not limited to:
• architecture diagrams, func/tech specs Functional/technical specs, especially for any modifications done as part of Harvest.
• Troubleshooting steps for known/common issues
• Have managed global teams across geographies with focus to deliver value to end customers.
• Have led strategic and complex projects, which requires flexibility and adaptability to meet customer expectations.
• Experience in various SDM areas including Service Management, Incident tracking Service Management, RCA, Problem management, change management.
• Work closely with sales leaders for taking Connected Supply Chain offering to existing customers and prospects.
• Ability to engage with customer/prospect and bring holistic view for taking Connected Supply Chain offering.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
