Roles And Responsibilities

• You consult the business and corporate functions in the development of effective people & organizational strategies through effective use of data analysis and analytics
• You create robust ad-hoc reports, deep dive analyses, and data models to provide compelling insights enabling stakeholders in their decisions-making
• You assist in the creation of processes, policies and procedures for the access, analysis, visualization of data in collaboration with our HR Products & Services department
• You are an advocate for a data-driven, decision-making culture and support the organization to become data literate
