Job Role and Responsibilities:
• SAP Freight & Transport Management (LE-TRA) & SAP SHP Shipping
• functional consulting experiences with focus on external TMS integration into SAP ECC, integration of external supplier (3PL) with related interface scenarios
• Experiences with Track & Trace solutions or digital platform integration
• Carrier determinations and integrations with all small parcel carriers and LTL and FTL.
• Working knowledge on SAP incoterm functionality and 3rd party premium freight payments.
• Implemented E2E SAP integrations with carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT) with SAP certified 3rd party Boltons.
• Working knowledge AEB (ASSIST4 and Carrier connect) applications for Export declaration/Freight management/Manifest/EDI.
• Creation of shipping orders with identification of carriers and appropriate service types
• Status Monitor with overview of all shipping orders
• Automatic label printing
• Specific transport service provider data reported back to host system
• Enhancements (load control, shipment consolidation, and carrier labels, and manifest)
• Creation of shipping orders with identification of carriers and appropriate service types
• Working knowledge on qRFC.
• Working knowledge of IDOC flow between SAP to 3rd party systems.
• Compiled research data and gave professional presentations highlighting finds and recommended optimizations.
• Planned and oversaw third-party shipments, managing stakeholder relationships and contracted rates.
• Researched affordable transportation methods and performed safety audits on equipment.
• Worked with service providers to resolve issues and correct delays.
