Role: SAP Support Specialist 

Location: Farmington Hills, MI (hybrid)

Description: 

• Responsible for providing first level support to the user including trouble shooting and the resolution of issues for SAP. 
• Troubleshooting could include ABAP - Program analysis but not development and daily system monitoring such as inbound idoc, autosys, and batch monitoring. 
• Supporting SAP modules like FI/CO with some MM interaction. 
• Leading various projects and providing end user training. 
• Creating and maintaining reports through SAP and Business Warehouse instances. 
• Position might require ICS compliance activities as applicable.
