SuccessFactors Business Analyst 

Gather and analyze HR and business requirements for SAP SuccessFactors.

Design, configure, and implement SuccessFactors modules to meet needs.

Develop test scenarios and coordinate system testing.

Assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Create configuration documentation and user training materials.

Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.

Monitor SuccessFactors quarterly updates and recommend beneficial features.

Engage with stakeholders for effective project communication.
