Job Description:
SAP Service Management(SM) Lead:
- Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing.
- Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service.
- Worked on revenue recognition.
- Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing.
- Repair order process.
- Customer service master data - Equipment master, warranty master, functional location, counters etc.
- Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing.
- Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service.
- Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing.
- Knowledge on IDocs.
- Must be deliver the object with help of technical team with minimum support.
- Good Communication/Interaction skills.
- Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing.
- Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service.
- Worked on revenue recognition.
- Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing.
- Repair order process.
- Customer service master data - Equipment master, warranty master, functional location, counters, etc.
Role Responsibilities:
- Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience: 9-13 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role)
