Job Description:

SAP Service Management(SM) Lead:

  • Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing.
  • Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service.
  • Worked on revenue recognition.
  • Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing.
  • Repair order process.
  • Customer service master data - Equipment master, warranty master, functional location, counters etc.
  • Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing.
  • Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service.
  • Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing.
  • Knowledge on IDocs.
  • Must be deliver the object with help of technical team with minimum support.
  • Good Communication/Interaction skills.
  • Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing.
  • Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service.
  • Worked on revenue recognition.
  • Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing.
  • Repair order process.
  • Customer service master data - Equipment master, warranty master, functional location, counters, etc.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience: 9-13 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role)
