 Job Description

Review existing Procure-To-pay (P2P) business processes across a manufacturing organization and current SAP ECC PP/MM and Ariba SCC implementation to translate business issues into actionable requirements and technical solutions and drive process transformations

• 3+ full cycle implementations including scoping, perform gap analysis, planning, workshops, blueprint, prototype, process design, configuration, testing, deployment, develop training materials and Post Go-Live support
• 2+ years leading procure-to-pay business functional area in global SAP system in a manufacturing industry.
• 10+ years of SAP and Ariba Business / Functional Analyst
• Proven experience in solving issues related to supplier collaboration, Supply Chain Management, inbound logistics, PO, receipts, Incoming quality, reconciliation, matching, invoice and payment
• Highly visible role that engages with functional leadership across the business, especially manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment that works with both internal customers as well as offshore support; ability to work collaboratively with business users.
• Strong procurement to pay knowledge and problem-solving techniques
• Ability to facilitate meetings, technical alignment of priorities, requirements, design, testing and delivery of the system based on functional requirements.
• Proven track record of business process re-engineering and optimization
• Expertise with SAP ECC, S4HANA and Ariba systems and related solutions ecosystem
• Good organizational and diplomacy skills
• Superior written and oral communication skills
