Role:                             SAP (DTS) Solution Architect- Contracting Manufacturing Industry

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Required: Understanding of Contract Manufacturing

• Should have knowledge and experience with Production Control, QMS, TM, and EWM focused.

• This will need to be an experienced Solution Architect with full enterprise / full capability experience including deep manufacturing.

• This person needs to be seasoned and extremely strong with the end user community.

• Another criteria is the ability to travel to Ohio. 

• Credentialize Capgemini’s market reputation and industry “thought leadership” in SAP solutions

• Proactively look to find, position and apply new technology / solutions in SAP to take early mover advantage in the market

• Good knowledge of overall SAP product (SAP S/4 HANA)

• Evaluate all business requirements and come up with SAP solution that provide an integrated approach for all project activitiges. Own and QA the solution and scope.

• Provide client’s business value by applying technology enabled solutions to address client’s business objectives

• Work with solutions teams to support product development activities. Groom and develop a group of very senior resources to increase their effectiveness delivering on field and market enablement. Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications

• Nice to have: Automotive Industry Experience

Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams

• Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with client management

• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements

• Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.

•A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena
