Title: SAP Time & Attendance Management Specialist
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
 
Note: Client want a candidate that is SAP Time and Attendance certified.
The chosen candidate should have in depth experience configuring and designing these modules: Workforce Scheduling and Forecasting + Time and Attendance. If they've worked with the Absent Leave and Management module, that would be a plus. They should have experience driving workshops and demos for the team, as they will be looked at for this type of expertise throughout the process. Job description was provided by the team so please rely on that. 40 hours/week position, remote with preferred monthly travel to the client site in Los Angeles, CA - they would look at a strong candidate that isn't open to travel. PST time zone or someone open to those hours, EST might not work. Candidate doesn't need to be an architect but more of a senior-level resource.
 
Job Description:
We currently have a contract opportunity for an SAP Time and Attendance Management by Workforce Consultant to assist our internal team with a new implementation for an existing client.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist our team with an implementation of SAP Time and Attendance Management by Workforce
Put forth expertise around functional and configuration design via Workforce Time Solution
Lead workshops and demos for all applicable modules (SAP Time and Attendance Management, Workforce Scheduling and Forecasting, and Absent Leave Management)
Provide fit to standard business process solutions
Create solution documentation for the client's use

Requirements:
SAP Time and Attendance Management by Workforce certification
Must have experience in the implementation (both functional and configuration design) of SAP Time and Attendance Management by Workforce
Required experience includes both the Workforce Scheduling and Forecasting module and the Time and Attendance module, with the Absent Leave Management module being a nice to have
Candidates will have experience running workshops and demos in the past with applicable software
Able to provide fit to standard time solutions, as well as fit gap analysis
The team would like to identify a candidate that is open to traveling once a month to the client site in Los Angeles, California
