Job Description:
We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 8-15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Configuration, covering modules such as Onboarding, Workforce Management, Recruitment, Performance, and LMS. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and managing projects, gathering requirements, creating design documents, and handling incidents, problems, and service requests. Ideal candidates are self-organized, can work independently, and have experience in HR within the retail industry.
