Job Description
Scope: e-File with OpenText Content Server xECM for SAP SuccessFactors & Document generation with OpenText PowerDocs enabled for global list of countries (phased roll-out)
Prerequisite: Certified Consultant for OpenText xECM for SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Edition
Expertise in OpenText Content Server (Workspaces, Live- & Web Reports, SAP SuccessFactors integration, RBP-synchronisatie)
Expertise in OpenText PowerDocs (Content manager, template building & generation)
Expertise in integrations with DocuSign and custom applications (API and GCP)
Example of AMS questions
Changes in access to employee file/doctypes
Upload process (SAP SuccessFactors CMIS, document upload, …)
Support template building (data fields, formatters, updates)
Access to template building (local office application)
Support in signing documents.
Support in document generation
