End to End implementation Project experience is must
Knowledge in Activate Project Management Methodology
Knowledge on ITIL Process
Should have experience in Requirement Gathering and completing EC Workbooks
Should have experience in Configuration and customisation activities
Should have experience in Cut-over activities
Should manage customer expectations
Person should be proactive
Should have drive to complete project deliverables and milestones.
