Responsibilities:

• Configure SAP CS/SM and SD modules to meet business needs.
• Develop solutions for Service Contracts, Warranties, Notifications, Repair/Service Orders, Pricing, and Billing.
• Handle SAP SD user exits for sales orders, delivery, and billing.
• Manage consignment sales process flows and intercompany postings.
• Write functional and technical specs for ABAP programs and interfaces.
• Collaborate on EDI/IDOC processes and S/4 HANA global ERP projects.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and create solution blueprints.
• Ensure integration with third-party systems.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
