Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP SD solutions to meet client-specific business needs
• Engage with business users to understand their processes and pain points, providing solutions in areas such as sales order management, pricing, billing, and returns
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI)
• Support the design and implementation of enhancements and resolve system issues as they arise
• Provide training and post-implementation support to users, ensuring smooth adoption of the system
• Prepare project documentation and assist in maintaining the system for ongoing business requirements
