Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with and finance departments to gather payroll requirements and ensure the integration of payroll processes with Configuration.
• Configure SAP Payroll modules according to business requirements, ensuring compliance with Indian tax regulations and professional tax laws.
• Maintain and update payroll configurations in SAP as per changes in legal requirements, organization policies, and best practices.
• Conduct testing of payroll processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and debugging payroll runs.
• Provide support and training to end-users on SAP Payroll functionalities, processes, and best practices.
• Generate payroll reports and analytics to assist in decision-making and compliance reporting.
• Assist in the resolution of payroll-related issues and provide ongoing support to finance teams.
• Stay updated with changes in legislation related to payroll, taxes, and compensation structures in India.
