JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Strong support/implementation experience in SAP CRM
• Order creation through CRM, Service Issue and Credit/Debit/ Return
• Very good understanding of CRM and Sales & Distribution integration
• Integration to other systems like Gateway, BW, SMTP
