JD:
SAP Retail Consultant with minimum 8 to 10 years / 6-8 years of experience with any of the S/4 HANA versions of, 1909, 2020, 2021, 2022

·        Analyse the customer's business processes and SAP solution design
·        Preparing, contributing towards and running process design workshops, configuring/developing SAP solutions, demonstrating and gaining acceptance from the customer

·        Performing configuration/development and assisting the customer in testing cycles
·        Leading conversation with customers
·        Working with the customer and project team to ensure the required content is gathered and documented in a useful, structured format during the Business Workshops
·        Building trust and credibility by consistently delivering assigned tasks on time with high quality
·        Preparation of Business Process Procedures, Fit-Gap Analysis, Test Scenarios, Configuration/ Development Documentation, End-User documentation and User manuals
·        Preparation of all documentation such as Functional specifications, test scenario’s, Configuration documents, etc.
·        Responsible for Data Migration & Cutover activities
·        Transfer SAP knowledge to customers and team and build relationships & credibility. Provide Hypercare Support and ensure all tickets are logged and resolved within the agreed timelines
·        Taking ownership of assigned tasks by initiating, think through and developing a plan that is executed and delivered according to the established timelines.

Key Skills Required:
·        Procurement Process (P2P): Complete procurement cycle from Purchase Requisition to Invoicing, Source determination, Vendor Evaluation, Consignment – Vendor Consignment, Consignment Settlement Process, Subcontracting, Third Party, Asset Procurement, Contract, Collective PO
·        Forecast based Planning, Replenishment Planning, Reorder based Planning
·        Master Data including Article, PIR, Sourcing, Assortments, etc.
·        Forecasting and Replenishment
·        Master Data Workflow
·        Merchandise Hierarchy and Categories
·        Assortments and listing, Pricing
·        Article Hierarchy
·        Related Classification and characteristics,
·        Business Partner creation
·        Pricing Calculations
·        Rebates
·        Article Archival Process
