Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in OM, PA, Travel, Training, Performance, and Event Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP HCM projects with a focus on OM, PA, Travel, Training, Performance, and Event Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM and at least 2 years in a relevant domain.
• Prepare planning documents and manage project lifecycle.
• Implement SAP HCM solutions independently.
• Collaborate on 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects for Indian clients.
• Understand roles and authorizations design, and apply ASAP Implementation Methodology.
• Work independently or as part of a larger team on small to medium engagements.
• Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.

Desired Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the software project lifecycle and project management processes.
• SAP certification is a plus.

Education Requirements:

• UG: Any Graduate
• PG: Any Postgraduate (not mandatory)
• Doctorate: Any Doctorate
