We're looking to hire "HR Operations Analyst"!
Location: Lucky Motor Plant - Port Qasim
Responsibilities:
- Create positions and induct new joiners in HCM/SAP Payroll.
- Update the personal and job information of the existing employees in SAP in case of change due to promotion, change of position, or transfer.
- Create and maintain the personal files of the new incumbents and existing employees and ensure that the mandatory documents are in order.
- Prepare offer and appointment letters
-Keep record of the data of new joiners during the month to be hired on the TIS system.
- Prepare employee service certificates and other letters on request
- Coordinate with the background verification vendors for new hire verification on behalf of the HR department
- Manage new vendor opening process and initiate all purchase requisitions

Minimum skills required:
Understanding of company policies, procedures, & SOPs, good understanding of HR Systems (preferably SAP Payroll), intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Good communication and interpersonal skills
Education: BBA in HR or Equivalent Degree
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years experience in HR Operational role
