JOB DESCRIPTION
Client: USA
Role: SAP EWM + TM Consultant
Experience: 8yrs to 12yrs Exp
Qualifications
· Prior experience working in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry is a plus
· Strong skills in SAP EWM, Transport Management
· Good knowledge of SAP MM, IM, LE, CO and QM
· Basic Knowledge of SAP SD and PP modules
· Deep understanding of Manufacturing, Logistics, & Supply Chain and hands on experience in these environments leveraging technology solutions
· SAP Implementation experience
· Proven experience in leading large ERP digital transformations in automotive industry that include business process reengineering.
· Good working knowledge of other Enterprise Applications like Workday is highly desired
· Knowledgeable in compliance and information security
· Proven track record of executing through global teams, managing remote personnel, developing talent, and creating high performing teams
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to influence and interact professionally with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization - management, peers, team members, vendors
· Proactive, well organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to project manage small to medium sized projects
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· IT technology and development aptitude
· Aspiration towards standardization and implementation of best practices
· Strong organizational and leadership skills
