Role Description:
• Strong support/implementation experience in SAP CRM• Order creation through CRM, Service Issue and Credit/Debit/ Return• Very good understanding of CRM and Sales & Distribution integration• Integration to other systems like Gateway, BW, SMTP
Competencies:
SAP CRM - Interaction center, Digital : SAP C/4HANA - Marketing Cloud
Experience (Years):
10 & Above
