Job description: SAP C4C Hana Functional Consultant.
Experience: 7 to 10 yrs
Location :Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune.
Job description-
1.Good Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Business Processes, E-Commerce Business Processes, Service Business Processes and Integration Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics.
2. Analyze and refine requirements for delivering the necessary features and functionalities in SAP C4HANA 
3.Build and extend SAP CX as a platform to meet customer’s requirement
Refining customer requirements in terms of features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to prepare for future sprints.
4.Demonstrating the sprint releases to the customer.
Experience in working with Atlassian toolsets (JIRA, Confluence) used for Agile Project management
5.Run the workshops and training sessions 
6.Experience in Agile/Scrum Methodology and Working, Sprint Planning, Burn-down chart and other aspects
7.in depth knowledge of CRM business processes in Sales service and
Marketing
8. Experience in conducting requirements gathering
