Senior SAP Business One Functional Consultant
Experience: 4 to 6 Years
Job Description:
1. Understanding & analyzing customers AS-IS Business Processes and mapping TO-BE processes.
2. Gather and analyse client’s business and functional specifications for translation into an agreed implementation plan.
3. Installation, configuration and optimization of SAP Business One applications and solutions as per the agreed implementation plan.
4. Preparation of Blue Prints.
5. System integration & configuration, initialization and setup.
6. Importing of data from Legacy MS Excel database systems into SAP Business One via DTW (Data Transfer Workbench).
7. Database Management, Backup and Recovery
8. Analysing and customizing as per the Organizational requirements in the modules i.e. (Finance, CRM, Sales & Purchase, Production, DTW, PLD) Technical (B1 Installation and Up-gradation, SAP B1 Dashboard, Mobile Integration, Outlook Configuration, Stored Procedures, FMS, Crystal reports, SAP Lumira). etc.
9. Installation and implementation of additional products and Service Packs.
10. Develop Crystal Reports and Query Based Reports.
11. Department Wise User training and Support.

Qualification/Skills:
1. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in any stream with expertise in functional business processes.
2. 4+ years of experience in SAP B1 Functional Consultant with HANA, integrations, Add-ons and Cloud technologies exposure.
3. Have worked on at least 4-6 end to end SAP Business One Implementations.
4. Project planning and reporting.
5. Data Migration through Data Transfer Work Bench.
6. Exposure to HANA DB.
7. Should have experience in Purchase, Production, Sales and Finance Module.
8. Applicants should have hands - on experience of implementing SAP Business One within a variety of companies and industries.
9. Strong Technical, analytical and problem-solving skills suitable for design, development & deployment
10. Should have experience in HANA Database, dashboards development and configuration.
11. Experience in SQL and Advanced SQL query development for custom report generation.
12. Unit testing and coordination with the testing team to create bug-free applications.
13. Very good knowledge and experience in SAP B1 Crystal Report. 14. You must be able to communicate and develop positive relationships with a wide variety of clients and must be a team player.
15. Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and a responsible team-player.
16. The ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing.
