Job Description:

We are seeking skilled resources for the following scope of work in SAP BTP and ABAP development.

Scope of Work:

• BTP Application Development:

  • PO Clause Automation
  • Request for Quote
  • Material Request
  • Purchase Requisition Creation
  • Vendor Form Development
  • Outline Agreement Request

• Fiori Rollout:

  • Procurement (16 apps)
  • Finance (62 apps)

• Additional Modules:

  • Project Management (PM), Project Systems (PS), Human Resources (HR), Sales and Distribution (SD)

• SAP Security Support:

  • SAP security services and support

• Major Initiatives:

  • RISE Prep, New Hyper-scaler, RISE Lift and Shift, SAP Upgrade

• Procurement Roadmap:

  • ARIBA Adoption: E-sourcing/Auction, Guided Sourcing, Outline Agreements, Invoice to Contract
  • Vendor/Material Master Data Enhancements (29 quick wins)
  • Spare Parts SAP MRP Reconfiguration
  • Feedstock Data Capture Optimization (3 initiatives)
  • S2P Master Data Health Dashboard: Data Discovery and Clean-up
  • New Travel Management System Implementation (Encore Zii)
  • Arkestro Predictive Procurement Orchestration

Required Skill Set:

1. 3 Senior Developers

   • Expertise in Fiori, BTP, and ABAP (2 resources for procurement, 1 for general SAP development)

2. 1 Security Analyst

   • SAP security and compliance

3. 1 Project Manager

   • Supply Chain & Procurement (SC&P) Roadmap execution (18-24 months)

4. 1 Project Manager

   • RISE Prep, New Hyper-scaler, RISE Lift and Shift, SAP Upgrade, and Quick Wins Archiving

5. 1 Project Manager

   • Responsible for projects including Concur, Master Data Dashboard, Governance, GL Account Reconciliation, and Learning Platform (LXP)

6. 1 Procurement Functional Consultant

   • Background in SAP MM and ARIBA

7. 2 Business Transformation Analysts

   • Specializing in Change Management, Process Flows, and Requirements Gathering
   • Business Process Analysis & Requirements Development
   • Business Change Management
   • QA Coordination
