SAP Basis Administrator
Experience:- 2+ Years
Location:- Pune
Job Responsibilities :-
• Participate in providing 24x7 support on rotational basis to ensure operations of these critical systems for different customers.
• Monitoring the SAP applications using Solution Manager, recording and advising team members and management on issues and needed adjustments.
• Maintaining and majoring Availability systems: Perform Health Checks – production /Non-production.
• Provide operational support in the integration of SAP infrastructure
• Knowledge of Batch Jobs, Interface, Channel monitoring.
• Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems. Provide RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for the basis technical issues to the customer.
• Understanding of Kernel upgrades.
• Maintain documentation on system configurations, maintenance processes and schedules.
• Ability to perform Admin activities, system copy and system installation, upgrade activities.
