Job Title: AM/DM -  BOM Analyst
Industry Type: Automobile OEM
Job Location: Ranjangaon, Pune
Job Qualification: B.E./B. Tech (6 - 8 yrs experience)

Role Responsibilities: -
  1)  Bill of Material
a)    To create & Maintain correct part no’s in RTM & SAP in order to create the production BOM
b)    To analyze & publish the monthly production Bill of material
c)    To manage & analyze, establish the material flow in the system
d)    To analyze the inventory & back flushing processes through BOM validation.
 
2)  Projects
a)    To handle & coordinate the start-up activities for new model/ version i.e. to maintain & monitor the New model, version, colour & features
b)    To create production Bill of Material as per product grid/CODEP systems for new models
c)    To plan, monitor & execute various phases of product introduction/interventions e.g. VP, PS, Job-1, Ramp-up, SOP.
 
3)  Localization & Engg. Change management
a)    To coordinate for the ordering of new items for startup of new projects/ECM
b)    To review the parts getting obsolete because of localization/ E.C.M. & communicate the same to CFT
c)    To analyze the phase in – phase out of the parts in order to control DMC
      d)    To build innovative ideas for salvaging the non-moving/slow-moving inventory.

  This position will have to work in three Shifts (First, Second, Third) as per business requirement.
