Your tasks
- SAP support to Global business unit groups all over the world using Jira ticket system.
- Handle Jira Support tickets in various modules like SD, MM, FI, PP, QM, PM etc. (minimum any 3 modules MUST)
- Fair knowledge of understanding and programming in ABAP.
- Use of customizing & debugging skills to process and resolve Jira support tickets.
- Get to know our current SAP R/3 solution and the future S/4HANA solution in the group.
- Actively contribute to the further development and optimisation of our business processes and ensure a smooth workflow (with the help of technical documentation in Confluence).
- Coordinate with our process owners and support in designing of trainings for our key users.
