Position Requirements

• Prior experience in CRO/Pharmaceutical experience preferred
• Ability to work in an agile environment (Technical & Operational Support)
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com data management tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, etc.) required.
• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification.
• Strong self-starter and ability to work independently.
• Strong experience with troubleshooting applications.
• Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Read, write and speaks fluent English.
• Demonstrated experience working with object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency with Apex & VisualForce programming.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior people management experience (preferred not required)
• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent preferred OR equivalent work experience
• To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
