Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge on installation and troubleshooting on Routers and Switches.
• Expertise on all kind of Network and DC device administration
• Knowledge on routed and routing protocols.
• Knowledge on TCP/IP.
• Familiar on all kind of Data, Voice and Datacenter Network service integration and commissioning.
• Management of Configuration changes/periodic backups as per the industrial standards.
• Adherence to Change management process for any configuration as lay out by Bank.
• Fault management of network devices
• Corrective actions to resolve faults to ensure high network uptime.
• Troubleshooting and debugging of problems.
• Should be well versed with NMS tools.
• OS/Patch upgrading/installation on all routers/switches.
