Your role:

As the Project Management Office (PMO) Lead within our global and diverse IT organization, you will play a crucial role in our SAP strategic Partnership/SAP RICE Cloud move. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic IT team.

• Your primary responsibilities will revolve around project controlling, financials, and procurement processes. Operating within a virtual setup as part of an international team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure effective project management. This includes maintaining mandatory forms from our project and portfolio management tool, onboarding new project team members, and facilitating project reporting.
• You will also contribute to the development of methodologies, including tool administration, to optimize project management practices. Additionally, you will handle project administration tasks such as organizing workshops, managing internal documentation, preparing for audits, and following up on audit results. Coordinating project requests with the PMO organization will also be an important aspect of your role.
• Success in this position will rely heavily on your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Creating clear and concise communications and building positive relationships with stakeholders will be key to achieving your objectives.
