Support the Functional Consultant during business process discussions by means of interviews, workflow analyses and facilitated discussions with users.
- Translates users' business requirements into detailed functional designs for development, testing and implementation.
- Identifies and communicates risks and issues impacting business rules, functional requirements and specifications. Participates in and contributes to managing the scope of applications and related changes.
- Identifies and communicates risks and issues impacting business rules, functional requirements and specifications. Participates in and contributes to managing the scope of applications and related changes.
- Participate in UAT phase and go-live period of the MDG Implementation project to troubleshoot the issues in live system by engaging appropriate internal and external stakeholders, being responsive, leading the root cause analysis and thoughtful on upstream and downstream impacts of the change.
- Assists quality assurance with functional test case reviews. Creates training materials and may assist with user training.
- Drive continuous process improvements by monitoring and analyzing the KPIs, proposing process and system changes, providing the details on scope, estimate the cost of implementation, timelines, improve quality and the business outcomes
