Job Opening / KONE Is Hiring for SAP O2C and P2P

Key Expectations / Deliverables From The Position
 

• End-to-end technical responsibility for SAP O2C/P2P solutions including integrations to the 3rd party systems.
• Main contact / counterpart for Solution Design Owners in O2C and P2P area.
• Define and control how to map process definition and requirements into SAP configuration and technical design.
• Define and control data model and data integrity in SAP.
• Define / approve / align scope of functionality between satellite and back-end systems.
• Lead Solution Design Owners to avoid as much as possible KONE specific developments.
• Governance of global KONE configuration template.
• Discover / explore new SAP standard functionalities and map with KONE needs.
• Support KONE internal IT-Solution Design Teams with releasing of new tools and functionalities to the business.
• Collaborate with/guide external SAP development and support teams.
   

Specific Skills Required
 

• Hands on experience in SAP SD, MM, FICO, O2C/P2P.
• Experience in designing/developing/managing invoicing and intercompany billing related solutions.
• Experience in designing/developing/managing SAP procure to pay related solutions.
• Experience with ITIL processes.
• Experience in Agile way of working is seen as an advantage.
• Experience in leadership and matrix organizations.
• Experience with supplier collaboration / collaboration with AMS partners.
• Experience in working in international environment with stakeholders distributed globally.
• Excellent stakeholders communication skills (both written and oral).
• Excellent Change Management skills.
• Knowledge of different P2P solutions is seen as an asset.
• Knowledge of different Invoice management solutions is seen as an asset.
• Knowledge of latest SAP technologies such as: SAP S/4HANA, SAP UI5 – Fiori is seen as an asset.
• Demonstrated track record of clear achievements from previous positions held.
• University degree in Engineering or similar.
• Analysis and Problem solving.
• Fluency in English.
