Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Reporting & Analytics Architecture solutions for SAP S/4 transformation journey
- Provide the framework standards and solution development within D&A delivery factory.
- Independently develop and maintain very complex user-level and technical requirement specifications documentation and issue resolution.
- Provide guidance and informal leadership in both functional and technical capacities to the Enterprise Reporting Team
- Ability to work and on cross-functional teams.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external team members
- Requires analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, and independent decision making.
- The individual filling this position must be able to span both the technical and business domains.
- Establish standards and processes which ensure the reliability of JCI SAP data.
- Participate and provides suggestions towards maturity of SLDC for reporting and analytics.
- Maintain project and programming documentation to ensure compliance in JCI environment.
- Responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection.
- Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data needs.
- Work with business users and data analytics SMEs to strive for greater functionality in SAP BW, SAP BW4HANA and HANA EDW systems.
- Lead factory team to support the SAP S/4 transformation projects.
