Job Title: IT SAP Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment for Contract-to-Hire, Permanent, and Contract roles.
• Source profiles via job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) and internal databases.
• Collaborate with client recruiters to define roles and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates and match them to client requirements.
• Handle the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain internal databases and candidate trackers.
• Research passive and active talent markets, with a focus on SAP technologies.
• Report on recruitment progress through delivery reports and trackers.

Skills Required:

• Strong IT sourcing skills, especially in SAP.
• Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills.
• Technical knowledge of recruitment tools and databases.
