Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Candidate should possess 5-6 years of experience in SAP PP, SAP QM, and SAP PM.
2. Candidate should have experience in managing two green field implementations, with a minimum requirement of at least one green field implementation in SAP S/4 HANA.
3. Candidate should have experience in Roll out, Migration, Support projects also.
4. Candidate should have a working knowledge of SAP project methodologies.
5. Candidate should work closely with clients to grasp their production and planning requirements and actively participate in the deployment of SAP PP, QM, and PM solutions. This entails the setup, customization, and validation of SAP PP, QM, and PM modules to ensure they meet the client's specific needs.
6. Proven ability to configure SAP solutions and experience with planning and participating in SAP blueprinting and design discussions.
7. Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions as and when needed to improvise the existing solutions.
8. Candidate should handle the Incident management, escalation management.
9. Preparing Functional specification (FS) documents and perform functional testing to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the solution.
10. Provide training support to end users on SAP PP, QM & PM modules.
11. Strong analytical abilities enabling the comprehension and analysis of intricate business requirements, with the capability to deliver appropriate solutions to clients.
12. Candidate should be flexible to work on Implementation/Upgrade/Support/ Pre-sales Projects based on the requirements.
13. Candidate should be able to handle the team of Junior consultants and lead the team.
14. Candidate should be aware and have knowledge of new technologies like S/4 Public Cloud, SAP BTP, SAP MII, SAP MES, 3rd Party Integrations etc.
15. Candidate should be able to do Pre-sales, Demo, Preparing Proposals for new clients.
