Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage the SAP P2P solution design, SIT in a fabless environment as well as manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with-in the team and across Manufacturing Supply Chain Organization, Corporate Planning Capabilities, and Information Technology teams.
- Responsible for industry best practice business architecture for both fabless and semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Work closely with business partners to analyze and formulate the scope/objectives of the system, design and deliver capabilities to run efficient industry-standard business processes.
- Design and Manage the Business Rules Framework plus for Purchasing Pricing Procedure and Release Strategy
- Design and manage the MRP engines in S/4 ERP and Advanced Planning Systems (ASP)
- Review the functional design document provided by SI (System Integrator) in the transformation program and provide the necessary feedback.
- Quickly build and maintain a trusted relationship with IT tower leads, business partners to understand challenges and needs IAO transformation.
- Support a multi-year tool and business architecture roadmap, anticipating needs capability requirements.
- Assist in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Assist in end user training documentation and act as super user where necessary.
- Identify metrics to ensure we are delivering innovative, high value, efficient business process and services.
- solutions with best-in-class delivery.
- Ensure high quality delivery methodology, leveraging SAFE, Agile and Scrum principals
- Proven track record of collaboration across multiple organizations, business partners and stakeholders; ability to operate in an ambiguous environment, ability to think beyond the current boundaries, question the status quo structure/functions and recommend and effect changes
