Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 7 years of experience as an SAP HANA DBA, with a strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture, administration, and performance tuning.

3. Extensive experience with SAP HANA database backup and recovery strategies.

4. Knowledge of SAP HANA security best practices and experience implementing security measures.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues.

6. Familiarity with SAP Basis administration and integration with other SAP components.

7. Experience working with Linux/UNIX operating systems and shell scripting.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

9. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

10. Relevant SAP HANA certifications, such as SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA 2.0 or SAP Certified Technology Specialist - SAP HANA Installation, are a plus.
