SAP Taulia MM IT Business Process Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP FICO work for the Small Enhancement team.
  • Coordinate, direct, and review the work of business systems analysts and support teams.
  • Serve as the liaison between business units and development teams, bridging requirements and solutions while assessing customer satisfaction and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with project EBS Capability Leads and project team members, providing updates and seeking approvals.
  • Design and develop complex process or system solutions, gathering business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Develop and execute plans to ensure efficient delivery of results that meet business expectations.
  • Coordinate efforts between business users, Lead Super Users, Support teams, and Project teams.
  • Provide guidance on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with development and technical teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience with SAP FICO configuration and testing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in global ERP systems, Finance, Accounting, or IT.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet objectives on time.
  • Experience in a large ERP systems environment within a global, multinational setting.
  • Strong skills in understanding business needs, building strategic partnerships, and documenting and implementing software solutions.
  • Ability to manage core responsibilities independently with limited oversight.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of IDOCs and integrations.
  • Experience managing relationships with third-party vendors and teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining critical thinking.
  • Effective teamwork and relationship-building skills with project stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to learn new skills and technologies, with a passion for sharing knowledge.
