Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment - RCM

Job Description:

• Experience: 4-6 years
• Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide implementation support for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on the RCM (Recruitment Management), RMK (Recruiting Marketing), and CSB (Career Site Builder) modules.
• Support multi-country global rollouts of SuccessFactors solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in RCM, RMK, and CSB modules.
• SAP Certification in RCM, RMK, and CSB is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Additional experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and CSB is a plus.
