Basic Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with relevant industry experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Industry or consulting experience.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
• At least one end-to-end implementation.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, and a team player.
• Strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management in global organizations.
• Ability to define business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis between client needs and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
• Expertise in providing consulting services on HCM best practices and migrating clients to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in compliance with best practices.
• Hands-on experience with data models and XML.
• Experience with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
• Experience with Time-Off and EC payroll.
• System configuration according to Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/Business Blueprint.
• Expertise in translations and uploading translation packs for data models configuration and MDF.
• Preparation and execution of test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Strong learning ability, agility, and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt to new tasks and environments.
