- 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with relevant industry experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Industry or consulting experience.
- Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
- At least one end-to-end implementation.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and a team player.
- Strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management in global organizations.
- Ability to define business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis between client needs and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
- Expertise in providing consulting services on HCM best practices and migrating clients to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.
- Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in compliance with best practices.
- Hands-on experience with data models and XML.
- Experience with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
- Experience with Time-Off and EC payroll.
- System configuration according to Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/Business Blueprint.
- Expertise in translations and uploading translation packs for data models configuration and MDF.
- Preparation and execution of test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Strong learning ability, agility, and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt to new tasks and environments.
